Using this website
This website is run by Tacos El Bandido Express ("El Bandido Express," "we," "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. The site is here to show our menu, hours, location and catering information. Please don't misuse it, try to break it, or copy its content and design for your own business.
Menu, prices and availability
We work hard to keep the menu and prices on this site accurate, but they can change without notice. In-store prices are final. Items can sell out, especially birria on busy days. Prices shown on this site are what you pay in store; delivery apps set their own prices and fees.
Orders and delivery apps
Phone orders are confirmed when we take them. Orders placed through DoorDash or UberEats are governed by those platforms' own terms, including their refund and delivery policies. If something goes wrong with a delivery order, contact the app you ordered from, and reach out to us too so we can make it right on our end.
Catering
Catering orders are booked by phone and confirmed with the details we agree on: date, headcount, menu and timing. Changes or cancellations should be made as early as possible by calling (714) 553-3320.
Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep hours, addresses and other details current, but we can't guarantee the site is always perfectly up to date or error-free. When in doubt, call us.

The name El Bandido Express, our logo, photos and the text on this site belong to us. You're welcome to share links to the site, but please don't reuse our content commercially without permission.
Limits of liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, this website. Nothing here limits your rights under California or federal law.
